Order Cancellation All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned to us after receiving our authorization.
- Refunds will not be issued for reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided by the customer).
Returns As part of our commitment to maintaining affordable prices, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions We do not process refunds or returns under the following circumstances:

Custom Orders Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., items with names or engravings) are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective or damaged.
